With over three decades of dedicated service to her people, Leweena Williams brings an unmatched wealth of knowledge to the TLC Hygiene Matters family. As the long-standing and current CEO of the Tweed Byron Local Aboriginal Land Council, Leweena has spent 33 years at the forefront of community advocacy, land rights, and cultural preservation.


In her role as our Cultural and Community Lead, Leweena ensures that TLC Hygiene Matters operates with the highest level of cultural integrity. Her deep-rooted connection to the Bundjalung Nation and her extensive experience in community governance allow us to deliver hygiene solutions that are not only professional but culturally safe and community-focused. Leweena’s leadership ensures that we are always walking the 'proper way' on Country.
